How we are truly different
Let’s be honest. Many accelerator programs are just facilitating networks, guidance and events. We know that most startups, however are struggling to define a scalable business model. But they have limited runway and need to identify and execute it before their money runs out.
Our teams are industry specific but also work in cross-industrial groups to solve your problems. We apply specific tools and use our collective experience, corporate partners and brainpower to find the right solutions.
The effect will be that you identify your scalable business model. The result will be that we and/or other quality investors offer you money. We know because we’ve been doing it for 7 years with a startup survival rate of above 88%. Now we will do it for you.
Go pick your program.
The Accelerace program has helped us with our strategic priorities in reaching product-market-fit. We have saved time and boosted our progress as a direct result of the advice we receivedfrom our Accelerace mentors and at their workshops. We are deeply grateful for the personal and professional way that the program has been executed and we do not hesitate to recommend Accelerace to other SaaS startups.
Andreas D. Christiansen, CEO & Co-founder at Praice

At the Novo Nordisk Foundation, we are very pleased with the Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship (NOME) that Accelerace has established over the last year. Today NOME covers the entire Nordic region including life science start-ups from all Nordic countries and several high-level mentors in the network. NOME is surely on its way to become the beacon in the ecosystem that we had hoped for from the very beginning.
Thomas Alslev Christensen, Head of Operations, Novo Nordisk Foundation
"Working with the best business mentor in so many aspects of your company has given us the tools to divide our work in to smaller bites to test, learn and build the right and most efficient strategy for our company."

After starting his career in a ‘normal’ job in the telecommunications industry, Søren has dedicated his life to startups, ramping up almost 14 years of building and growing his own companies. Among others, he co-founded what became one of the world’s largest online gaming communities for girls – goSupermodel – this startup attracted investment from Tier-1 venture capitalist Accel Partners from Palo Alto.
Prior to joining Accelerace Søren spent 3 years investing and working with startups from the Copenhagen-based investment company Sealand Capital, gaining valuable insights from ‘the other side of the table’. Søren is in love with his iPad, Real Madrid and – oh yes – his 3 children 😉
Thomas Wiborg Steen
Since then, Thomas has been part of several start-ups in different ways; both in operations, as chairman/member of the board and as an investor. When Thomas is not next to a whiteboard, you’ll find him on the water sailing, playing with his newborn son or enjoying classic movies and musicals along with a glass of wine.
Oliver about Oliver: “I love the city, but live in the country side (on purpose), I was raised in a world gone digital, but enjoy going off the grid. I’m (really) impatient by nature and always looking to build something, but value off-time with my wife and three kids more than anything”.
Oliver worked 7 years with marketing and business development, was named Top 100 talent under 35 in 2015, and now put his energy into accelerating start-ups towards success.
Anders Handlos Grauslund

Jón Ingi Benediktsson
As with experimental cooking, he applies his knowledge and experience from the worlds of sales, marketing and investments to help find the perfect combination for each startup by setting their plans and strategies and finding the way to achieve them.
Philosophically he is an anti-fragile stoic who believes in doing the really small things in life and one day hopes to become a Zen master of the high risks-high impact game of start-ups. Professionally he has focused on the establishment of new bio-business ventures with core capabilities in problem-solving, business intelligence and predictive analytics. Intellectually he is interested in the potential of Synthetic Biology, Behavioural Psychology, and Machine Learning.
His hobbies would include rock climbing, mountain biking, and whitewater kayaking but the nearest mountains are 500 km away, so jokes on him. If you have any tough/urgent problems that you think Will would enjoy please send them to him at firstname.lastname@example.org You can also follow his process on Linkedin to see what he been up to and if he knows anyone who could be of help in your venture.
